SECURITY WARNING FOR OUR CLIENTS

Grupo Posadas S.A.B de C.V., operator of the hotels Devossion by Live Aqua, Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Curamoria, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana Funeeq, The Explorean, Sunvivia, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, one and Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, warns our customers of potentially fraudulent communications sent through websites, WhatsApp, or email, offering lodging and/or social event services that are not issued by us.

The alleged fraudsters impersonate Grupo Posadas employees, requesting deposits and providing bank account information that does not belong to the company.

It is important for our customers to be aware of the following:

• Except when explicitly requested by the customer to guarantee or pay for a reservation through a deposit or bank transfer, Grupo Posadas does not request advance payments nor ask for bank account details.
• We do NOT accept deposits or transfers through convenience stores (Oxxo, pharmacies, etc.). Only when a customer wishes to prepay their stay do we provide bank transfer details or traditional bank accounts, never under an individual’s name but under the name of the legal hotel entity.

To help you avoid falling victim to fraud, we recommend the following:

• Always type the official website address of our hotels directly into your browser.
• Avoid opening emails or links from unofficial accounts. Do not engage with them.
• Be cautious with links shared through WhatsApp, email, or social media.

In addition to booking directly with Grupo Posadas, there are other travel agencies and wholesalers that also offer lodging and reservation services. It is important to verify their authenticity and check their processes for confirming identity and legitimacy. If in doubt, we recommend avoiding the transaction and not sharing personal information or transferring money.
