This is our second time staying here since February of this year. Totally love this place, been coming to Cozumel for over 40 years, I was so impressed with the staff and really everything from the restaurants to the snack bars across the street. All I can say is WOW. Should be back in October for dia de los Muertos celebration. See y’all soon and Thanks Again

Good choices for food. Food was presented beautifully. Great location for snorkeling right off property. Nice views from rooms on upper floors. Rooms were spacious. Staff was great and very attentive. Check out was at noon and you still have 2 hours left to enjoy lunch before afternoon flights. Could have had towel bars or hooks in rooms as no where to put wet towels.

Overall, the experience was fantastic! The food and beverages were excellent, and all employees were extremely welcoming and kind. The room was clean, had an excellent view, and was plenty spacious. The hotel also offered numerous activities and experiences, including a snorkeling trip where you are taken to multiple beautiful locations. I did this with my family, and enjoyed it abundantly. As stated prior, the food was excellent, and there were many varying choices depending on your specific taste palate. Me and my family's favorite location was the Italian restaurant in the hotel. Each course of food a journey in one's mouth, and the atmosphere and a starry night provided for an intensively unique experience. Our waiter, Manuel, was superb, and though I generally don't leave reviews, I felt compelled to after having the pleasure of seeing such great service. Overall, would recommend to those looking for a relaxing vacation.

ROOM QUALITY:
Water was leaking from ceiling when it rained. Water flow from shower was so slow. There was a huge ant infestation that was present throughout our entire stay. The first day wee were given pastries as a gift upon our first arrival, and was surrounded entirely by ants everywhere in large quantities. We immediately called room service to put a stop to it, and we were given a can of bug spray that was almost empty. The days after we had ants all over the floors at random places in time. They were from the floor, to behind the bed frame, or sink. It was uncomfortable knowing that each time I set foot in the room, ants could be near or on you when you're sleeping. It ruined the enjoyment of the rooms. This is beyond disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE. It needs to be addressed immediately so other guests do not have this type of problem.
