He had a wonderful stay from to finish. The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were grat. We stayed in an ocean view room. The view was amazing. Room was very clean and they kept it stocked with drinks and snacks. We spent most of our time swimming, the pool was beatiful and staff was available to bring drinks all day.  Rhe ceviche restaurant was our favorite four lunch. Overall lost of fun for the whole family.  

We just returned from a fantastic 8 days at the Explorean. We were so impressed with the service that we received at this resort and at Fiesta Americana. We had previously stayed at Cozumel Palace and didn’t think this resort could possibly compare, but the service was every bit as awesome.

We loved having coffee delivered to our rooms first thing, and especially appreciated Luis who let us take our baskets to go when we were up and going before 6:30am. Our snorkel tour to El Cielo was amazing, and our tour guides Edgar and Luis were the best! The ocean-side lifeguard (we didn’t get his name) helped us find an incredible snorkel spot near the resort that we rode bikes to and visited 4 times during our stay. We met friendly locals who were also snorkeling there.

My boyfriend and I came here as our first post-pandemic vacation. We had a lot of fun! Cozumel overall is a beautiful island with kind and helpful people. The food was great and we even had a private dinner our final night here. Drinks were yummy and service overall was topnotch. Big shoutout to Lucio, Arturo, Limber and Manuel for making our trip extra special. Will be returning to Cozumel :)

ROOM QUALITY:
Water was leaking from ceiling when it rained. Water flow from shower was so slow. There was a huge ant infestation that was present throughout our entire stay. The first day wee were given pastries as a gift upon our first arrival, and was surrounded entirely by ants everywhere in large quantities. We immediately called room service to put a stop to it, and we were given a can of bug spray that was almost empty. The days after we had ants all over the floors at random places in time. They were from the floor, to behind the bed frame, or sink. It was uncomfortable knowing that each time I set foot in the room, ants could be near or on you when you're sleeping. It ruined the enjoyment of the rooms. This is beyond disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE. It needs to be addressed immediately so other guests do not have this type of problem.
