This hotel,apart of the excellent location, it offers all the comfort of a 5 star hotel. I stayed for business and felt very well served. Since the moment you arrive at the lobby, they offer you water bottles as a refreshment.

We loved our stay at Fiesta Americana in Guadalajara. Wonderful bed, superb shower, lovely view. Breakfast buffet was delicious and service was great.
Nice but.....
Hotel is very nice. I have one major complaint 45 MXN for a coffee pod in the room and this is not a cheap hotel.
According to colleagues in Guadalajara most hotels provide free tea and coffee.
Also they provide water that states "free for use in coffee machine" so i bought my own pods (15 MXN) and used the free water. At checkout I got charge 54MXN per each bottle I used because it was only "free for use in coffee machine WITH OUR COFFEE PODS"
Shocking. Will not stay there again out of principle . Neither will anyone in my company
