It is one of the best hotels I have ever been just looking at the gardens you feel such peace and tranquility. The food is delicious and the service is superb! For sure I will come back soon. I highly recommend it

Tha Hacienda is well kept, gardens are very nice, two pools, one restaurant one small bar. Small starbucks on site.
Room furniture lack any wow factor.
Beds are comfortable.
Food was pretty good on the restaurant. Not too expensive.
The hacienda is far away from everything, completely silent.

Amazing not only as hotel but also as restaurant. Great food and very attentive service. Beautiful environment, fantastic landscapes. Deserves a visit while in Cuernavaca. They were so kind they let us approach our car to the restaurant due to all wheel chairs were already occupied and they didn’t have other available.

We stayed a total of 4 nights.  The first 2 nights, the hotel had very few people, the last 2 nights it seemed almost full.  It is more of a weekend hotel. The grounds are truly beautiful, from the reception area to the restaurant and gardens, beautiful!
 Be aware:
 1. Most of the photos on their website are of the rooms in the original Hacienda.  We rented a Master suite (600ft @ MX$ 5,930 - MX$6,029 depending on the day ).  On their website the walls are exposed brick and period furniture.  We received a room in the new section, on the 1st floor and right in front of the pool.  Yes, you can hear all the noise from the pool and even when people are walking on the 2nd floor/corridors.  The suite was indeed 600ft, but NOT in one big room.  It was 2 separate rooms.  You walk  thru this empty room (except for a sofa and tv on the wall, see photo) via a long hallway and get to the main room.  It was not like the photo at all.  The room does not have a desk or robes.
