Do you have bicycles available for guests?
At the moment, we do not offer bicycle service. However, it is an option we are considering for the future.
Are the pools heated?
We have one heated pool, which is the main pool. The rest are at natural temperature.
Do you have a court or space to play volleyball?
Yes, we have an area on the beach where you can play volleyball.
The schedule is: 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Do you have a pool bar?
Yes, we do have a pool bar. Please note that bringing drinks into the pool is not allowed.
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
You may arrive as early as 12:00 p.m. (or earlier), complete your registration, and enjoy the common areas and pools while your room is prepared for the scheduled check-in time.
Is room service included?
Yes, room service is included as part of the all‑inclusive plan.
Is it necessary to make a reservation for the specialty restaurants?
No, it is not necessary to make a reservation. Access is subject to availability.
Are there adults‑only pools?
At the moment, all our pools are family‑friendly.
The jacuzzi is for adults only.
