During my stay in Queretaro, I was delighted by this property. The hotel is calm and peaceful. An amazing amount of spa options! I feel so relaxed and happy. The rooms are quaint and the location is incredible! A safe neighborhood filled with life, culture, food and true small-town charm. I am truly in love!

I returned to stay at Dos Patios for the second time, and found it even more peaceful than the last visit. Staff were very, very courteous, rooms and property spotless. There is a new spa being built (open in December) and the new restaurant is to be completed by January. This should really round out the range of services - which I intend to take advantage of!

My first visit to the old town of Queretaro, and I was amazed. The service and welcome of the property, the warmth of the staff, and the overall ambience were great. The proximity to great attractions, restaurants and bars, and shops was excellent. You only have to step outside to go wherever you feel like going. I loved my room and the overall experience.

I understand it was my mistake not to check that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, room service, or a gym, among other basic amenities I look for in a hotel. The staff are very friendly when you find them. It's such an empty hotel that there's only one person at reception, so be patient if someone is in front of you.

It's an old house remodeled to become a hotel, so the arrangements are heavily painted and ornate, but the rooms and bathrooms are actually old. The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear everything that's going on because there's a window that overlooks the hallway, and you can hear everything. The furniture is old, worthy of an inn, my room has stains on the wall, and yes, an infamously small and uncomfortable desk where you can't work.
