I loved the fact that the hotel had a beach that was being cleaned and maintained several times a day. The hotel is very comfortable and has free self-serve laundry facilities, which I found very convenient! Also, the location is great! Walking distance to convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, ferry station, restaurants and more. We also enjoyed the gym, very clean and well equipped. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family!

"We have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on 5 different occasions. We have always used my dad's membership, which he acquired more than 10 years ago. The hotel is beautiful, extremely cozy; we have already been here twice this year, the first time in May, and the second now in June... We always get a spectacular room; in May, we booked directly the 3-bedroom villa, and that is the room they gave us.... Now in June, we booked a premium room, and upon arriving at the hotel, Perla at the reception told us that she had a complimentary upgrade available, so she ended up offering us the Master suite.... It changed our entire experience for the better! Perla gave us a completely different trip than the one we were mentally prepared to have❤️. The attention and service from Perla at the reception was exceptional... Other than that, all the staff treated us wonderfully. Carlos Poot always kept our room spotless and equipped with everything we needed. So if I can recommend anything, it is to visit this hotel, of course, as it is a beauty that makes you feel like it is your vacation home. The restaurant is very good; in the mornings, it offers a very complete buffet with freshly made natural juices. And yes, I do recommend acquiring your membership with the vacation club. My dad has been a happy member for 10 years. He has not had any issues. And thanks to his membership, we have been able to have this vacation experience where the whole family travels together. And even on this last occasion, I was able to use it with my family, even though he did not travel with us. So yes, 10 out of 10 for everything; if it is within your possibilities, become a member. Join the presentation and acquire a membership; it is a very good vacation program that they offer."

Our annual Cancun family trip was excellent. The staff amazing from Miguel front desk who was able to update our room to my pool and ocean view, Sergio our server by the pool who took care of me and my daughter who provided great food options, Rafaela from the restaurant in the morning who remembered us, and save the best for last Jhovany, who went above and beyond, your gesture will never be forgotten. If I missed anyone thank you to all who assisted us.
