Can restaurants be reserved in advance?
At the moment, our restaurants do not require reservations. Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can we arrive early, that is, before the check-in time?
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. However, you may contact our Guest Services Manager to check availability for an early check-in. An additional fee may apply. Email: gshfacc@posadas.com.
Can we extend our departure time?
Departure is at 12 pm. However, if you wish to extend your departure time, you can contact our Reception team to check availability.
Can connecting or adjoining rooms be assigned?
Yes, although this request is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon arrival. You may contact our Guest Services Manager prior to your arrival for proper follow-up at: gshfacc@posadas.com
Is transportation included?
If you book through our website (fiestamericana.com) and your reservation includes a minimum of 4 nights, transportation is included. In this case, you should receive a confirmation message from the transportation company.
Can amenities or special decorations be sent to the room for a celebration?

Can I store my luggage in case of an “early check-in” or “late check-out”?
Yes. Please contact our Concierge/Bell Staff, who will be happy to assist you.
Can I request a crib?
Yes. Please contact our Guest Services Manager prior to your arrival to schedule it. This request is subject to availability. Email: gshfacc@posadas.com
Can an extra bed be requested in a room with 2 beds?
For rooms with two beds, an additional bed is not recommended due to safety and space considerations. In the case of a King bed, an extra bed can be requested (subject to availability). For special requests, please contact our Guest Services Manager at: gshfacc@posadas.com
Is Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive truly all-inclusive?
Yes, our resort is all-inclusive. All food and beverages are included (restrictions may apply). It also includes an entertainment program, 24-hour room service, in-room minibar, and a kids’ club for children ages 4 to 12.
What are the check-in and check-out times at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun – All Inclusive?
Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
Does Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive accept pets?
Yes, dogs are allowed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive (maximum of 2), with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs) per pet. A fee of USD $80 per pet, per night (taxes included) applies.
