We had an excellent time at the Fiesta Americana Condesa hotel during our first time in Mexico and Cancun. The location was perfect for day trips, the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. It was lovely to hear the sound of the fountains water in the building courtyard each time we came out of the room. The staff was very nice, very polite and very professional from the cleaners and restaurant staff to the Entertainment team. And the spa is brilliant too! :) Although we didn't take part in a lot of the hotel entertainment other than the cocktail mixology class and the beach volley ball it was obvious the all entertainment team was really dedicated to their roles and their customers. Well done team!

"We had a very relaxing vacation at this hotel. While the property is not new or modern, it is well maintained, and what truly makes the experience special is the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

The food was delicious, full of flavor, and there were plenty of options to choose from every day. We also really enjoyed the pool entertainment—it was fun without being overwhelming, and the music selection was excellent. It created a great atmosphere throughout the day.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back for another relaxing vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable!"

The Italian restaurant was outstanding—every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The 24-hour room service was also excellent and made our stay even more comfortable.

My entire family couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful everything was. We had an unforgettable, happy vacation and made so many great memories together.

"I have been coming to Fiesta Americana Condesa since 2020, and every single visit has exceeded the last. My most recent trip in April 2025 was nothing short of the best vacation I've ever had — and that says a lot. For us, Fiesta Americana Condesa checks every box imaginable. The atmosphere strikes a rare and perfect balance: lively enough to keep the energy going, yet relaxed enough to truly unwind. The aesthetic is modern and polished while still honoring the warmth and authenticity of traditional Mexican culture — something that's harder to find than you'd think in the Hotel Zone. Speaking of location, Fiesta Condesa sits on what is widely considered the most beautiful stretch of beach in all of Cancun, and it lives up to every bit of that reputation. The water was so calm during our last stay that we were able to snorkel for hours before melting into the sand in pure, uninterrupted bliss. The oceanfront view rooms are worth every penny — always spotless, always perfectly stocked, and just quiet enough to recharge after a full day of sun and fun.

We've had the pleasure of staying at other well-regarded resorts — Moon Palace, Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, and Iberostar among them — and Fiesta Americana Condesa delivers the best overall experience, hands down. The dining alone sets it apart, with every restaurant serving fresh, flavorful food that genuinely impresses.

But what truly makes this place irreplaceable is the staff. They don't just make you feel welcome — they make you feel like family. We have to give a very special shoutout to some of the people who have made our visits so unforgettable: Alberto and Pedro at the swim-up bar, who always greet us like old friends. Eladio, who treats me like a son every single time. Paola, who makes the greatest crepes I've ever tasted. Nayeli, who has become like a best friend to my fiancée. Fernanda, the finest property manager I've ever encountered anywhere — she goes above and beyond to ensure every expectation is not just met, but exceeded. Chelito, whose tuna tostada is genuinely one of the best things I've ever eaten. The entire activities crew, who bring an infectious energy that makes every day an adventure. And to the head chef of the Mexican restaurant — whose name escapes me, and for which I sincerely apologize — (I'm sorry for letting you down in the guac competition btw, brother!)

We love this place more than words can explain. We've already booked our next trip for May 2026 and plan to return every year for as long as we possibly can. We're even seriously considering getting married here — because what better place to celebrate than surrounded not only by our family, but by our family from Fiesta Americana Condesa."

The Spa was our most favourite thing. Overall, the resort was very good. Good for family vacations, kids of all ages were there. Only two pools for adults, one of which is about 4’ only. We wished there were more. Some rooms’ balconies are french style, not full. Some have full proper ones too. The room towers are gorgeous with their indoor plantation. Gives a very casual and homely vibe which we loved. Lots of restaurants options. We loved Rosata, Kalmira buffet and El Mexicano the most. Will go back for sure to explore everything we couldnt in our 5 day trip. Lots to do. Gift shops are obviously overpriced like expected however very nice quality stuff. Almost worth the extra price!

I’ve been in the service industry for over 35 years and this team is 5 star ⭐️ They checked ✅ all the boxes of customer service Genuine connection attention to detail , anticipating our needs And most importantly doing it with a smile from ear to ear Which seems understandable in this paradise of a resort First day with check in went fast and smooth. Honourable Mention: Ceasar, who definitely runs the resort as we have seen him in every single bar and restaurant, made sure that we were taking care off every single day. We were both looking forward to start our day with Nayeli, her big smile and infectious personality during breakfast. Alberto and his big passion for fun at the pool bar and created the best cocktails!! Our customer Alberto explosion shots,the best!! Tomas, Miquel , pool servers was on top bringing drinks. Last but not least is Esteban who entertained us during the day at the pool and made us laugh the whole day!!! NEMIOS is a youthful bar star ⭐️. We are now on our 9th day and we still have 5 more days to go, still not getting bored of this resort. Beach is gorgeous Every single restaurant was yummy. The buffet, breakfast, lunch,dinner was amazing!! The seafood restaurant at the beach during lunch was our favourite. The shine and sparkle ✨cleanliness of the grounds made our resort walks a dream you come into.

Resort was exceptional! The breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and attentive staff made it a truly memorable experience. From the well-appointed rooms to the delicious dining options, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The resort’s serene atmosphere and diverse activities catered to both relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend it for a perfect getaway.

Food was good(buffet was the highlight) restaurants were a hit or miss
Service was excellent all through out.

The issues we experienced were safety concerns with the type of tiles/floors being slippery in the rooms/showers and pool entrances causing 2 of our 6 family members to get injured (rolled ankle hurt knee/foot.)

In addition to 1 of 3 rooms to get locked out due to a lock mechanism failure on room door. Which took about an hour of wait time at the end of our day to settle.

Would recommend the stay overall just exercise lots of caution when in the room and entering pools.
