What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Is breakfast included in my reservation?
Breakfast may not be included in all rates and is available at an additional cost.
Buffet breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for MXN $490 for adults and $250 for children (4 to 12). On Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., we offer a 3x2 breakfast buffet promotion for $490 for adults.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, the hotel is pet-friendly and accepts pets under certain conditions and for an additional fee. $1508
Is there parking and what is the cost?
Yes, the hotel has guest parking available for an additional fee per night, and guests can come and go as they please. $100 per night
Is there an airport shuttle?
Yes, the hotel can arrange airport transportation at an additional cost, subject to availability and prior request.

Does the hotel have a pool or spa?
No. The hotel does not have a pool or spa, but it does have a fully equipped gym.
How far is the hotel from Arena CDMX?
Approximately 20–25 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Are there any places of interest near the hotel?
Yes. The hotel is located near Plaza Satélite, Mundo E, La Cúspide, Premium Outlets Punta Norte, and Plaza Fashion Mall Tlalnepantla, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on the area of Mexico City and traffic.
Is the hotel well located for business trips in the State of Mexico?
Yes. Its location offers easy access to corporate areas, industrial parks, and main roads in the State of Mexico.
How far is the Teotihuacan Pyramids from the hotel?
The Teotihuacan Pyramids are a 45–60 minute drive away, ideal for a half-day visit.
How far is Naucalli Park?
Naucalli Park is located approximately 10–15 minutes away by car.
Are there any "Pueblos Mágicos" (Magical Towns) relatively close to the hotel?
Yes. Tepotzotlán is 30 minutes away, and destinations like Valle de Bravo and Tepoztlán are 2–2.5 hours away by car, ideal for weekend getaways.
What kind of experience does the Satellite area offer visitors?
Satélite offers a peaceful and comfortable experience, with services, major shopping centers, international event venues such as Arena Ciudad de Mexico and Auditorio Nacional, good connectivity, ideal for relaxing without the fast pace of the city center, with the newest facilities in the area.
How far are the industrial parks from the State of Mexico?
Most nearby industrial parks are 5–30 minutes away by car, depending on the specific location.
