I enjoyed the location to the baseball stadium and the room itself was very nice and comfortable. I liked the decor and everyone working there were very nice and helpful. I also did like how the hotel was connected to Via 515 and the various options located there. The location to the stadium and airport is why I selected this hotel. The one thing I didn't like is the switching of elevators to access the Planta Baja. All in all everything else was great. Thank you!

The quality of the room in terms of being clean and visually esthetic was excellent. In addition to it, the customer service was amazing. We had to be in the airport at 5am and the shuttle of the hotel picked us on time and gave us an excellent service.

Rooms were good, they were clean and neat. Good location.
However, in the “Los Canarios” restaurant, specifically the meat (Filete Premium) was way to salty, and the Coshi Tacos intoxicated one of my family members.
With room service, the American-type breakfast was good and complete, however, we also made 2 hotcake orders. They also tasted salty, like those Costco or Walmart pancake flour packages. Way more worth it to buy food at the mall below.
