In Basque, Pinda means spark: the moment when fire awakens flavor and transforms every ingredient. Inspired by the art of wood-fire cooking, Pinda celebrates the intensity of smoke, the authenticity of exceptional ingredients, and the joy of sharing memorable moments.

The culinary concept is led by Chef Emiliano Ayala, trained in Bilbao, Spain, who refined his culinary philosophy alongside Marcos Morán at Casa Gerardo (1 Michelin Star) and Eneko Atxa at Azurmendi (3 Michelin Stars). His approach combines technique, respect for ingredients, and close collaboration with local producers to create an authentic and sophisticated dining experience.
