DOG FRIENDLY

With our Dog Friendly Hotels & Resorts program, your pup is welcome to share a room with you. Upon check-in, your pet will receive a welcome kit featuring a bed, a mat, and two bowls.

• Additional cost per night plus taxes per room according to the brand is broken down below. The rate includes dog accommodation and special cleaning.
• Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed, or two dogs with a combined maximum weight of 44 lb.
• At check-in, a vaccination card must be presented to validate a current vaccination and deworming program. To be granted access, it is mandatory to have a rabies vaccine, indicating the application date and its validity, along with product information (animals under 3 months of age are exempt).
• Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
• The dog is not allowed in restricted areas.
• The guest will be responsible for the behavior of their dog and agrees to pay for any damages or harm caused to another guest, employee or customer in their personal space or to the hotel's facilities and/or furniture.
• All prices displayed on our website include taxes. We’re committed to providing full transparency from the moment you book.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Because inclusion has no conditions. We understand that a service dog is not a pet, but a trained assistant that provides safety and freedom. All our hotels accept service dogs at no additional cost. They must wear identification and a color-coded vest depending on the service they provide. No prior notification is required. Guide dogs are welcomed at no additional cost.
