I stayed for one week in March in Mexico City, which can be quite a challenging and intense city, but this hotel made my experience absolutely perfect.

The hotel is always impeccably clean, and the food is consistently excellent, with a great variety of cuisines that makes every meal interesting and enjoyable. However, what truly makes the difference is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I never encountered a single issue—on the contrary, everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed.

I would especially like to thank Mrs. Andrea at the front desk. She supported me with everything related to invoices and payments with European credit cards, which can sometimes be complicated. She handled everything with patience, a constant smile, and great professionalism, helping me solve every issue smoothly.

Mr. Angel at the bar: always ready to explain me the wines and how to combine them with special food. I had very great dinners!

I would also like to mention the housekeeping service: Mrs. Ivonne was especially fantastic, always ensuring the room was perfect. Room service was also consistently fast and efficient.
And I want to mention Mr. Celestino at the entrance: always helping and smiling.

I truly look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mexico City. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

I booked a room here based on the proximity to several week long wedding events. The design is modern, elegant, and comfortable. Spacious and comfortable rooms plus the nearby Paseo Arcos Bosques was convenient for easy access to ATMs, hair salons, and bars for meeting friends over coffee or drinks. The staff is kind, professional, and multi-lingual which helps make my stay easier and relaxing. Francisco, who brought my room service orders, was kind, efficient, and professional— offering cultural suggestions and remembering my unique requests. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located if you are visiting Lomas, Santa Fe and Bosque de las Lomas. Celestino, the hotel concierge, is absolutely awesome, professional, and incredibly helpful.
Great location walking distance from banks, retail, and restaurants. Very safe, great value.
