Absolutely amazing people and service. Everyone  I have come in contact with is so friendly and helpful and not in a fake a way. They genuinely care and want a great experience for guest. Johnathan at the bar made me very welcome. He went out of his way for me to try different things. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the captain, servers,  and cooks were even better. For a long work trip the definitely made me feel appreciated and I enjoyed it all.

Live Aqua is a beautiful urban resort. The hotel is located 20 minutes from Mexico city hot spots. The staff provided a warm welcome, the rooms were clean and  well maintained. There was a small hiccup with out transportation but they made up for it by providing. us free transportation return to the airport. The hotel is connected to a small, with shops additional restaurants to enjoy. If you are interested in staying at a top resort I highly recommend Live Aqua.

 Will definitely recommend giving a walk though the plaza! Great stores and other restaurants on site. 

After having my flight canceled due to Milton, we stayed at this hotel. What a great surprise. The hotel is beautiful and connected to a mall with super restaurants. The Jr suite was amazing, and the people were fantastic. They make you feel special, which is one of the reason we travel.
