Great experience
Service was great, over all our experience was amazing, definetly recomend it. The people who work here really make the diference from other places, the food is has really good flavor, over all the service is great
Great stay
The hotel is very nice, rooms are large and comfortable. I love the huge windows that allows you to see the city and mountains.
The food at the restaurant is good.

Great hotel ... spacious, clean, modern, huge TV with excellent cable options. Restaurants are great - from breakfast to dinner. Front staff is exceptionally helpful, and resourceful ... They'll actually walk you to your destination in and around the premises - not simply direct you. Very safe and secure. Aromatherapy is a fine free option.
Wet, wet, wet room!
Live Aqua took a bit to get used to two receptions, one road side and one on the 18th floor, but at both a good welcome. Room looked great and well appointed, the Molton Brown toiletries, full mini bar, good size bed, nice linen, dressing gowns etc remote control curtains, The only problem Awas the wet room! After a shower the water didn’t drain away, it pooled around the bottom of the bath and the blinds and curtains, leaving for much of our stay a flooded and at times unusable wet room. On notifying reception, the drain was ‘looked at’ but the issue was not rectified.
