• We guarantee our prices, if within 24 hours after booking with us you find on another website of another online travel agency .mx, a lower rate for the same trip you booked, we offer you to match the total amount of your reservation.
• The Lowest Rate Guarantee applies to the published available room rate, it must meet the same characteristics of the room that was confirmed and that it can be booked through any other channel. It must meet the following characteristics: Same type of room, same hotel, same dates of stay, same number of guests, same monetary unit & same reservation policies.

How to request the lowest rate guarantee?

• It must be reported within 24 hours after your reservation is made and it must be a valid reservation confirmed through any of the Grupo Posadas websites and within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the scheduled arrival.
• You must provide the URL of the site where you are comparing the offer, which must be current at the time of validation with the same conditions of your trip.
• The claim for the Lowest Rate Guarantee can only be requested through the following Best Rate Form
• The Client must complete and send all the mandatory data and will receive the acknowledgment of receipt to the email entered in the form.
• At that time, a Service or Sales advisor will validate the compared offer and grant the Guarantee if necessary.

When does the Lowest Rate Guarantee not apply?

• It does not apply to claims after 24 hours of making the reservation.
• It does not apply if the offer to compare is no longer valid.
• It does not apply if the origin of the offer you are presenting as proof is not clear (it is not possible to corroborate existence / validity / conditions / of the promotion to be compared).
• It does not apply to reservations whose payment guarantee has been declined.
• It does not apply to new promotions advertised within our sites.
• It is not valid if the client has already used any of the reservation services.
• Negotiated Rates.
• Any rate that requires membership in a club or affinity program or other organization that targets certain rates for a specific group of people
• Offerings made in a private way by printed or electronic means such as email or newsletters.
