The food was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet—it offers a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. For dinner, MB Restaurant was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip. The cuisine was exceptional, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You can truly appreciate the expertise and creativity of the culinary team under the direction of Chef William. Every meal was a memorable experience. What made the experience even more special was the incredible service. The staff consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. A special thank you to our servers, Julio 1 and Julio 2, whose professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service made every visit to MB Restaurant even more enjoyable. Live Aqua is not only a second home to me, but a place to heal. I originally went to Cancun, Mexico, to find healing at a cancer clinic for stage IV, inoperable cancer. I was blessed to stay at Live Aqua during my treatments. In the past 10 months, I have had the pleasure of staying at Live Aqua for 52 days. I can not express how much the staff at Live Aqua has impacted my life. The hotel is beautiful with relaxing vibes and a spa-like atmosphere. The food is incredible, comparable to 5-star restaurants in the US. The rooms are both spacious and clean. The room service staff goes above and beyond with organizing my room at the beginning of the day and preparing me for relaxation at the end of the day with turn-down service. The aromatherapy throughout the hotel is both uplifting and grounding.

Every day starts with a healthy smoothie made with love from Marco. The servers are attentive and have gone above and beyond in meeting my dietary needs and remembering my preferences between visits. Everyone is truly amazing, but some go above and beyond. Riccardo at Siete, Ceasar at Hidden Garden, Rohibi at MB, David by the pools, and of course, Jonathan, who keeps everything running smoothly.

The hotel as a whole has a spa feel, but also plenty of joy and laughter thanks to the entertainment staff. I can still remember my second day of cancer treatment, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. I got to the resort just in time for Bingo with the one and only Ricky Ricardo. I can't recall the last time I laughed so much. It filled me with childlike joy and became the highlight of my day. Ricky (who is the heart and soul of Live Aqua) and the entertainment staff, Pablo, Alex, and Robin, do an amazing job of providing fun activities throughout the day. Activities like stretching, water aerobics, dancing, painting, karaoke, and tequila tasting. (I don't even drink alcohol, but Ricky does such an amazing job teaching the history of tequila, I found it both enjoyable and very interesting. Live Aqua is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for adults of all ages, from young people in their 20s to middle-aged guests and the elderly. Thank you to the managers and staff who create such an unforgettable experience. I am counting down the days to future visits already booked in 2026.

As a solo traveler, my stay at Life Aqua was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience.

My room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring and enjoying the resort. The atmosphere throughout the property was incredible, with a perfect balance of elegance, tranquility, and vibrant energy.

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff and management team. A special thank you to Sakny, Ruddy, Zazil, Vir, Alex, Alan, Jimmy, Isaias, Arturo, the entire staff and management. Each one of them went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made me feel at home despite traveling alone.

The customer service was exceptional in every way. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and personalized. The team consistently exceeded expectations and made my stay feel special from beginning to end.

I highly recommend Life Aqua to anyone looking for a luxury getaway with outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and an incredible atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making my solo trip such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Cancun. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We were especially impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the ocean view provided a beautiful backdrop to begin and end each day.

We also appreciated the quality and variety of the all-inclusive gourmet food and beverages. Each dining experience was enjoyable, featuring thoughtfully prepared dishes, excellent service, and a wide selection of premium drinks.

The pools are exquisite and beautifully designed, offering several inviting spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We particularly loved the cabana options available throughout the property, including both complimentary and upgraded experiences, which provide guests with wonderful choices for spending a leisurely day by the water.

One of the highlights of our visit was simply taking in the beauty of nature. The vibrant shades of the sea, the soft white sand, and the ever-changing sky created a serene and memorable setting.

This was our 4th stay at Live Aqua. We have gradually upgraded our room category and views each visit. Each time leaves us wanting more. The food here is better than any I have had at other all inclusive resorts. No visit is complete without the habanero soup from MB or crème brûlée from room service. If you upgrade to Aqua club, espresso martinis made by Guillermo while watching the sunset is a must. Breakfast as Azur while hearing the ocean is the best way to start your day. Outside of the pools, food, the ocean, the daily activities and the tasty cocktails - what draws us back every time is the staff. They truly work so hard to insure your stay is all you hope for it to be. They even have a phone line “your wish is my wish”. On this particular stay, our butlers Maggie and Carlos were amazing. Maggie was so kind and made sure she turned my frown upside down (long story) . She truly cared about my feelings and went above and beyond to make our stay the best yet. From soa appointments to cabana recommendations, everything was handled w a quick request on Whats app. Carlos also made sure he greeted us before dinner each night and was our designated photographer. He also arranged room service to arrive at sunrise on our final day as we had an early flight. If you want to stay somewhere that feels like home, visit Live Aqua, upgrade to the butler service and you will become an Aqua Lover too .

Friends have been trying to get us here for years and now I see why! We had the best week at LA celebrating our neice's graduation! The staff was great! Special shout outs to Jonathan who kept our drinks full while we were at the pool and made sure we had everything we wanted. Alan, our butler, who was on top of our group dinner reservations every night. Daniel, who greeted us with a smile every morning at the club and had our coffee ready. He also entertained with his excellent dancing! Guillermo, who was always happy to offer suggestions for before and after dinner drinks. Marco, Pablo, and the event staff that kept things fun with trivia, casino, bracelet making, and the tequila tasting. I'm forgetting so many names! Everyone was more than happy to help out and make sure we were having the best time. New friends were made and by the end of the week we totally understood what people say when you become family here. We were embraced! There were other things that made the week great like our tierra suite accommodations, aqua club, cabana, beautiful pools, spa, foot massages, gorgeous ocean view, and food. However, the staff is what stood out the most! We can't wait to return again!
