Yes. Live Aqua Cancún is an adults-only all-inclusive resort, offering gourmet dining, premium beverages, in-room minibar, daily activities, and nightlife entertainment.
Is Live Aqua Cancún adults only?
Yes. The resort is exclusively for adults (18+), ideal for couples, honeymoons, anniversaries, and romantic getaways.
What is the cost of the Day Pass at Live Aqua Cancún?
- Day Pass: $4,000 MXN | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Night Pass: $3,000 MXN | 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Full Day Pass: $5,500 MXN | 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
What is included with the Day Pass at Live Aqua Cancún?
Access to restaurants and bars open during the selected hours, pools, beach, loungers, towels, gym access (no lockers), and scheduled daily activities. The Full Day Pass includes a 1-hour hospitality room, subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions for the Day Pass?
Yes. Day Passes are not available when hotel occupancy exceeds 95% or during holiday periods and public holidays. Local residents of Quintana Roo receive a 10% discount.
How much does airport transportation cost at Live Aqua Cancún?
- One-way transfer: $1,500 MXN
- Round-trip transfer: $2,940 MXN
What restaurants are available at Live Aqua Cancún?
The resort features restaurants such as Siete, Azur, Varena, Hidden Garden, MB, Sea Corner, Sushi Station, and La Taquería, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner depending on the venue.
Are drinks included in the all-inclusive plan?
Yes. The plan includes national and international alcoholic beverages, cocktails, beers, soft drinks, and a minibar replenished daily as needed.
What bars and lounges are available at the resort?
Guests can enjoy Pool Club, Shore Club (beach bar), Azur Cocktail & Lounge, AKA Bar, Egos Bar, and Coffee & Deli with Starbucks included.
What types of rooms and suites does Live Aqua Cancún offer?
The resort offers Premium Rooms and luxury suites such as Aqua Suite, Wellness Suite, Honeymoon Suite, Fuego Suite, and the Presidential Suite.
What are the spa, gym, and pool hours?
- Gym: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Spa: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm

Is a credit card required at check-in?
Yes. A credit card is required at check-in as a guarantee for incidentals or additional charges.
Does Live Aqua Cancún offer Bali beds?
Yes. Complimentary Bali beds are available, as well as premium Bali beds for $1,700 MXN, which include a 20-minute foot massage.
Does the hotel have a tennis court?
Yes. The tennis court is available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Use is complimentary for guests and available to external visitors for an additional fee.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes. Early check-in is available for $1,000 MXN (subject to availability). Late check-out is available until 2:00 pm or by purchasing a Day, Night, or Full Day Pass.
What is included in the Wellness Suite?
The Wellness Suite offers a holistic wellness experience featuring advanced air purification and cellular regeneration technology by Biow, personalized aromatherapy, customizable ambient lighting, healing music, a pillow menu, premium beds, and a healthy minibar. The stay also includes a 30-minute spa treatment for one person per stay, designed to promote deep relaxation and renewal.
