At the Restaurante Azul The Chef Mario is an A + , he came to air table several times to check if the food was good for , if we left something ( in the event we don’t like it ) and try to do everything to complete our expectations , Daniel Jimenez the server was sooo professional , ha had knowledge of our every single question about the menu and his cortesy is an A + too

We booked Live Aqua Cancun through Costco travel and thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Entertainment Team: If it was not for the entertainment team and the diverse activities offered, our experience would have been quite different. From crafts in the morning, music bingo at the pool or tequila tasting in the afternoon, I have never been surrounded by so much passion from an entertainment team as we had on this trip. Ricky made our trip memorable and had an amazing blend of joy, passion, experience, and love for what he does.

Management: Luis and Omar supported the pool staff and did a great job making us feel safe and catered to. One morning we arrived at the pool a little late and Luis pulled together three chairs and an umbrella to help us feel comfortable for a day at the pool. In addition, they made it a priority to check in with us in the afternoon to book dinner reservations. Although it was not required, it helped us grab a meal at convenient times.

Food & Dinning: The food was phenomenal! I'm used to an all inclusive meal plan just being okay. Not this one. Breakfast buffet at Siente has the largest arrange of food sweet breakfast items, fresh lox, and even a mexican station with made to order breakfast tacos.

Rooms: Toom included a beach bag, sandals, zen garden, and plenty of outlets. It remained clean and cool even amidst the summer heat and humidity.

It’s safe to say we had an AMAZING vacation and are planning a visit back!

An incredible experience!!

My husband and I would recommend this resort to everyone! The restaurants are amazing, especially Azur! Our server, Francine, was so kind and gave us amazing recommendations. We mentioned that it was our honeymoon trip and she made it so special by bringing us a unique and delicious dessert. Another server, Ruben, drew us the cutest picture out of chocolate on the plate. It was one of the best dining experiences i’ve had and definitely the best one i’ve had since staying here (which says a lot because the food and service here is the absolute best). It made our night so amazing, we are so very grateful.

I just got back from Live Aqua - I had really high expectations for this place, since there are so many great reviews for it. We were really disappointed in our stay.

Before we could even check in, we were pulled aside for a HARD timeshare/room upgrade/Aqua Club sales push. We weren't interested in any of that. I've travelled to resorts like this before, and there are others that do this. We just booked the "basic" room that didn't come with all of these upgrades, and I was fine with that.

The pools are also very, very warm - it's like they're heated. That's why there were many more people sitting around the pool than actually in it during the 100 degree days we were there.

Also we tried going to the magic show - when I asked if we could sit up front we were told it would be an upcharge. We just left.
